A note from Mighty Mo:

I’m Marlowe, and I’ve got a proposition for you—how would you like to hang out with a former 25-weeker who’s taking the world by storm? I was born on February 23, 2024, which just so happens to be my dad’s birthday (talk about a present!). Life’s been a bit of an adventure so far, and to keep things interesting, I’ve got a tracheostomy and a g-tube, both of which I got in July 2024. These little accessories are helping me thrive, and I’m ready to bring my sparkle home.

Read below for a lot more information on me and my family below...

So....

Speaking of home, I’ve got two big brothers, Steele (7) and Bodie (5), who are seriously pumped that I’ll be joining the party soon. They’ve already promised to teach me all their best tricks—once they’re done with school for the day, of course. My mom and dad are here all day because they work from home, so you’ll never be short on adult company (or snacks).

Oh, and there’s another VIP I can’t wait to meet—our dog, Reese. I’ve heard she’s pretty cool, but the NICU has this no-paws policy, so we haven’t met yet. I’m counting down the days until we can finally hang out in our awesome neighborhood off Hampden and University. We’re just a hop, skip, and a stroller ride away from a park, and I’m totally looking forward to some fresh air and sunshine with my new best nurse buddy.

Need:

Here’s the deal—I’m putting together a dream team of nurses who can help me kick this growing-up thing into high gear. Whether you want to work one shift or go full-time, I’m interested. We’re staffing up like the NICU, so if you’re into being part of a close-knit, super-supportive crew, we should talk. Please fill out this form to let my folks know you want to hang out!

How It Works:

All you have to do is tell us what shifts you can work, and we’ll do our best to get you on the schedule. We’re working with a Home Health Care Agency to handle all the boring but important stuff like insurance and payroll. You get to focus on the fun part—hanging out with me!

If you’re a nurse who loves helping little dynamos like me grow, learn, and stay safe, we could be a perfect match. Let’s make this happen—I’m excited to meet you and get started on our adventure together!

Catch you soon,

Marlowe (aka Mighty Mo) and her crew (Amy, Corey, Steele, Bodie and Reese, the dog)
